Return Policies

1. Goods must be returned in the condition received by customer in original packaging, unopened and sealed. Destroyed, damaged, used goods can not be returned for exchange or refund.

2. All returns must be approved by Meek Automotive and must be submitted within 14 days after the delivery date (as per TNT, Fastway Couriers, and Australia Post). Customer will be responsible for the cost of returning.

3. The refund process may take up to 14 days. For faulty electrical goods, the process may take upto 90 days.

4. 20% stocking fee will be applied to all approved returns unless proven faulty by manufacturer.

5. No exchange on all items.

Payment Policies

1. PayPal Payment is accepted.

2. Visa/Mastercare/Amex is accepted via PayPal Payment.

3. Bank Transfer payment is accepted.

4. All orders must be paid in Australian Dollars.

Cancellation Policies

1. Cancellation of order after payment received will incur 10% processing fee.

2. Unpaid order will be cancelled within 24 hours after the order is made.
