The MD622021 is a genuine Mitsubishi O-ring for the camshaft position sensor on both MIVEC and non-MIVEC 4G63 engines (See Diagram for location), fitted to Lancer Evolution IV–IX (EVO4-9) models.

This O-ring seals the sensor to the cylinder head, preventing engine oil leaks. Over time, heat and oil exposure can cause the rubber to harden or shrink, leading to seepage. Replacing it with a genuine O-ring ensures a precise seal and long-term reliability.
